Dina has lived in Contra Costa County for her entire life and I have resided here for the past 18 years. We have lived and sold homes in nearly all areas of Contra Costa County, as well as closed Mortgage loans throughout California. We have access to statistical information on local schools, churches restaurants, business, entertainment, clubs, etc. With this information, you’ll find yourself comfortable in your new community in no time at all.

Dina and I have taken over 2,000 hours of course work on Real Estate and Mortgage and we continue to update and increase our contract and legal knowledge. Dina is fully equipped to Pre-Qualify buyers at a moments notice, as well as provide state of the art Pre-approvals, often times within minutes. We are members of the East Bay Regional Data Board of Realtors. Dina is also a Certified Notary Public.
