I felt compelled to write upon completing my recent transactions with Eddie and Dina Franich. I must express the highest regard for the consistent and thorough job they did for me. My transaction was somewhat complicated, I had a very specific needs and the market was very tight and didn’t allow for a long decision making processes. I chose to work with Eddie and Dina because they claimed to have high ethical standards, promised to do everything they could to meet my objectives, while offering their professional advise. They did exactly as they promised.
Their performance met and exceeded my expectations! My objectives came first, even though it involved a decision that reduced their potential fee. They obtained an excellent buyer for my home, negotiated a higher price for me by knowing the market, and produced an excellent financing instrument for me even though I had some past credit issues and made CERTAIN that my loan closed on time even thought the lending agency was swamped with requests.
Many Realtors care only about closing deals, and obviously they must do so to be in business. From my experience the Franich Team takes their responsibility to their client VERY SERIOUSLY and they realize that closing the deal is the outcome, while pleasing the client is the goal. They certainly outperformed many of their colleagues. I never felt unduly persuaded to make decisions and never felt pushed toward a deal that gave them an advantage: I ALWAYS felt that my family’s interests were their greatest concern. They obviously care a great deal about their clients and are deserving of a notably excellent reputation.
