I felt compelled to write upon completing my recent transactions with Eddie and Dina Franich. I must express the highest regard for the consistent and thorough job they did for me. My transaction was somewhat complicated, I had a very specific needs and the market was very tight and didn’t allow for a long decision making processes. Eddie and Dina's mentoring program is a great value. This program provides the tools you need to get started as a Real Estate Investor, including ROI and cash-flow worksheets, that include the REAL numbers you need to pencil in for each property you want to analyze.
As Real Estate Agents they are strictly business. They teach you how to identify solid investments and steer you away from unnecessary risk.
If a property is risky they will explain why and encourage you to wait for something better to come along. I also work long hours selling enterprise software, and my schedule does not permit me to go and look at each and every property I want to see. They served as my eyes and ears, scouting countless properties and sending video footage for me to review, assisting with estimating fix-up costs, and providing rental comps to help with my ROI analysis.
