Eddie and Dina's mentoring program is a great value. This program provides the tools you need to get started as a Real Estate Investor, including ROI and cash-flow worksheets, that include the REAL numbers you need to pencil in for each property you want to analyze.
As Real Estate Agents they are strictly business. They teach you how to identify solid investments and steer you away from unnecessary risk.
If a property is risky they will explain why and encourage you to wait for something better to come along. I also work long hours selling enterprise software, and my schedule does not permit me to go and look at each and every property I want to see. They served as my eyes and ears, scouting countless properties and sending video footage for me to review, assisting with estimating fix-up costs, and providing rental comps to help with my ROI analysis.
Dina and Eddie are good people. Partner with them if you are serious about real estate investing and are looking for a long-term relationship.
